19–23 November 2026 · Kilima Gardens, Nanyuki
Return to self. A five-day retreat for mind and body, where wellness meets wildlife.
Narudi, the Kiswahili word for "return," is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, reconnect with what truly matters and return to the version of yourself that exists beneath the noise of everyday life.
Guided by yoga, meditation, mindful movement, journalling and the beauty of Kenya's wild landscapes, Narudi is a journey home, back to yourself.
Escape the pace of everyday life and immerse yourself in five days of movement, mindfulness and meaningful connection in the heart of Kenya.
Nestled within forest and mountain air, Kilima Gardens offers a rare space to slow down and reconnect with body, breath and nature. A private retreat setting designed for movement, rest and deep nourishment, far from the noise of daily life.
Enjoy Kilima's wood-fired sauna, cold plunge pool and swimming pool, book a massage or spa treatment, or simply recover with a good book among the gardens. This retreat offers freedom, to move when you wish, and rest when you need.
Kilima Gardens sits near Nanyuki, at the foot of Mount Kenya, one of Kenya's richest wildlife regions. Nearby, Ol Pejeta Conservancy is home to the world's last two northern white rhinos, and Solio Game Reserve protects one of the country's most significant black rhino populations. Both are woven gently into the retreat's rhythm, without ever crowding its stillness.

Emma is a yoga teacher and retreat leader, and she will guide you through daily yoga, meditation and workshops throughout the retreat. Her teaching blends Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative and Vinyasa to create a balanced experience of strength, flow and relaxation. With over 500 hours of training in yoga and meditation, she loves creating nurturing spaces where you can relax, release and reconnect with yourself. Across the five days you will explore mindful practices and tools for wellbeing you can carry home, and Emma will walk alongside you as you move, reflect and connect, holding space for personal growth and shared experience.

Flo grew up in Kenya, and its wild places have always felt like home to her, a place she now can't wait to share with others. Before founding Weaver Trails, she spent five years in impact investing, working across venture capital and private equity to back businesses built on more than just profit, and went on to found three companies of her own in ethical fashion and photography. That same instinct for something more intentional shapes every detail of Narudi. Flo takes care of the whole journey, so all you have to do is arrive.
You don't need another holiday. You need space to breathe again.
Spaces are limited and kept intentionally small. Send us a note and we will answer any questions you have.
